Terms of service

These terms cover the RF View apps for Windows and Android and the website rfview.com, operated by Gonggan1001. By installing or using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RF View. A free Basic version is available. Pro requires a one-time license key, and each Pro key can be active on up to two devices at the same time. You may not resell, sublicense or transfer the license, or reverse engineer or modify the app.

2. Pro purchase

Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy. The license key is emailed after purchase and covers the purchased major version for life. Refunds are described in the refund policy: a Windows key can be refunded within 14 days only while it has not been activated.

3. Website content

Articles, calculators and other content on rfview.com are provided for general information and education. RF design depends on your hardware and conditions: verify results by measurement before relying on them in a product or safety-related design.

4. Affiliate links and advertising

The site may contain affiliate links and ads. We explain how in the affiliate disclosure. Third-party products and sites are governed by their own terms.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its code, designs and the content of this site are owned by Gonggan1001 and protected by copyright law. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the source.

6. No warranty

The app and the website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use them at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gonggan1001 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or the website.

8. Changes

We may update the app and these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to these terms.
