1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RF View ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

RF View grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal or professional purposes. The Basic (Free) version is available at no cost. The Pro version requires a one-time license key purchase.

• Pro License: Each license key may be activated on up to 2 devices simultaneously.
• You may not sublicense, sell, rent, or transfer your license to another party.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the App is prohibited.

3. Pro Version Purchase

Pro version licenses are sold as one-time purchases through Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor). After payment, a license key will be delivered to your email address. The license is valid for lifetime use of the purchased major version.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and materials in RF View are owned by Gong-gan AI and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

RF View is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gong-gan AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Updates and Changes

We may update the App and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
