We stand behind RF View Pro. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, we'll refund you — no questions asked.
Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
- You purchased directly through our Lemon Squeezy store at rfview.lemonsqueezy.com
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at sangclim48@gmail.com with:
- Subject line: Refund Request – RF View Pro
- Your purchase email address
- Your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email)
- (Optional) Reason for refund — your feedback helps us improve
We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
After a Refund
Upon processing your refund:
- Your license key will be deactivated
- The Pro features will revert to Basic (Free) mode
- Your data and files are not affected
Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- Purchases made through Google Play (governed by Google Play's own refund policy)
Google Play Purchases
If you purchased RF View Pro through Google Play (Android), refunds are handled by Google. Visit Google Play's refund help page for instructions.
