  Typical values: nominal single device (best estimate)
  Min/Max values: guaranteed over voltage, temperature, process corners
  Always design to meet spec under worst-case (min/max) conditions

Downloading S-Parameter Files

Most major RF component manufacturers provide Touchstone files for free download:

  • Murata: SimSurfing.com — search part number → download .s2p
  • TDK: product.tdk.com → SPICE/S-parameter download tab
  • Qorvo: qorvo.com product page → Design Resources → S-parameters
  • Skyworks: skyworksinc.com → product page → Design Tools
  • MACOM: macom.com → product page → S-parameters link

Loading Manufacturer S-Parameters into RF View

  1. Download .s2p file from manufacturer website to phone/PC
  2. Transfer to Android via email attachment, Google Drive, or USB
  3. Open RF View → S-Parameter Plot → load .s2p
  4. Verify S21, S11 match datasheet graphs
  5. Use as DUT block in RF View Circuit Simulator for system simulation
